Shipping & Returns

Ordering

All products are handmade to order in our studio in Louisville, Ky. Shipping times are individually estimated based on current demand. Depending on the size of an order, customers should allow up to 1-2 weeks for completion. After your order is placed, we will contact you ASAP via email to let you know your estimated time of completion. Feel free to reach out before ordering to ask in advance, we tend to have a very quick response time. 

Shipping 

Products are typically shipped via USPS Standard Ground unless otherwise specified. Any shipping preferences should be specified at the time of order (i.e. Signatures required, delivery preferences, etc…). Koester is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Returns & Exchanges 

All of our products are handmade-to-order. Returns or Exchanges are rarely offered or accepted. If there are any problems with an item or the customer is not satisfied please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist.

Custom

Custom items can be ordered on a case-by-case basis depending on demand and complexity of the idea. Please email with any custom inquiry. 

Wholesale

We will occasionally take-on wholesale orders based on scheduling. Wholesalers please email for information and inquiries.
